DESCRIPTION:This session will cover the basics of EPCRA reporting applicable to concrete plants and similar facilities in North and South Carolina\, with particular emphasis on Tier II / Community Right to Know reporting of hazardous materials which is due March 1st. We will also discuss TRI Toxic Release Inventory Reporting of toxic chemicals which is due July 1st briefly\, the most commonly reported materials and chemicals at concrete plants\, and the similarities and differences between these two reporting requirements for concrete plants. If you're not sure if you're doing these two reporting requirements correctly - or at all - this session will provide you with a thorough overview in order to ensure you're in compliance with these requirements. In addition\, we'll briefly cover how this information and your compliance status is discoverable by others\, ensuring you can do all you can to protect yourself against government and 3rd party enforcement liabilities.
