With 36+ years as a design architect and large‑project construction manager, Frank has worked with the Tennessee Valley Authority, Oak Ridge National Laboratory, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, managing nearly $30 million in projects. In 2004, he founded a design‑build firm focused on residential and commercial work, where he discovered his passion for ICFs. He later contributed to major ICF projects across the Southeast, including the nation’s first Net‑Zero school in 2008, and was named a finalist in the 2014 ICF Builder magazine design competition.
