Galen is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Commercial Development for XBL Holdings, Xcel Bulk Logistics, and their affiliates where he oversees all strategic and tactical commercial activities. In addition to his business roles, he remains active in various industry related associations and is a respected voice in the dry bulk transportation segment.

Prior to XBL, Galen has held operational and sales positions with end users, producers and carriers including Lafarge, StarTrans, Trimac Transportation and Grammer Logistics. Galen graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership.
